Process
To be considered
for the Tulane University Preventive Medicine Residency Program,
two applications are required:
1) The Universal

2) The School
of Public Health and Tropical Medicine application: http://www.sph.tulane.edu/admissions/admission_info.HTM
In addition,
applicants must submit the following documents:
- Dean's letter
- Three letters
of recommendation
- Official
medical school transcripts
- Statement
of career goals
- Current curriculum
vitae
- Copy of current
unrestricted state medical license
- Copy of internship
certificate of completion
- Official,
original USMLE score reports
All applicants
must be licensed to practice in at least one state or territory
of the United States and be eligible for unrestricted licensure
in Louisiana.
